Liability

In no event shall Loto-Quebec Casino be liable for:

• indirect losses such as but not limited to incidental damages and consequential losses except where the latter are a direct result caused by negligence, wilful misconduct.

Dispute Resolution

We will resolve all disputes relating to your use of the Services through binding arbitration under Canadian Arbitration Act in accordance with our internal dispute resolution process or as otherwise required by law.
